Stafa to Davos (130 km By Car)

Pinch me because I’m definitely dreaming, dreaming that I’ve gone from lounging on the shores of Lake Zurich to the mountains of Davos.  Surely this isn’t real.  And yet somehow it is.  Here we are, enjoying an afternoon walk through town, Monique and Sheila giving us the tour and ensuring we are loaded with enough information to make our four day stay here in their Davos condo a memorable one.  And then there’s Matthias, handing us the keys and a bottle of wine for dinner, before they all drive back home, leaving us to lounge and hike and lounge some more, bike-less and breathless in this high alpine playground.  This Monique and Matthias of Stafa are too much.
