Kaslo BC 0 miles (TNV 186 miles)

I think it’s highly possible that Gina said the word “cute” more times today than in all of her days combined. Everything here in Kaslo is cute. Our room is cute, the decor is cute, the dog across the street is cute, the street itself is cute, the town is cute, the shops are cute, the little old woman driving down the sidewalk in her Little Rascal is cute … everything is cute cute cute with one possible exception:

Now I ask you, does this gal look like she would be driving a 4×4 and living in a mountain town? I wouldn’t think so either but there she was, dressed more for a night out in the Tenderloin than living in a community where that is what’s for dinner.

Here are the many examples of why Gina’s vocabulary consisted of only one word today:
