We’re here. Back in Seattle with a To Do list longer than our flight home. Stay tuned for Stage 1 Re-Entry blogging. Right now, I have an aerobed to inflate.

Hi Jennifer –
Thanks for the email! And glad to hear EVERSUN got going. Hopefully not too much of what I did had to be re-worked. 🙂
LOVED LOVED LOVED New Zealand. What an absolutely stunning country (despite the bumping and thumping and rumbling and crumbling). We had such a lovely time there that we already know which treks we’ll do should we get the chance to return. We really did enjoy our travels in the Southern Hemisphere and met some great folks (such as yourself) along the way. Certainly if you ever make it up to Seattle give me a shout and we’ll show you around. We’re headed to Europe with the bikes in August so yes, indeed, there are more adventures ahead. (That and finding jobs when we return!) 🙂
Really hope all is well with you and yours Down Under and keep in touch!
Hey Dena,
Thought I’d drop in and see where you are up to. The last time I checked you were finishing up in New Zealand after your “shaky isles” adventures and suddenly you are back stateside!!!!! Made me feel sad to see that you have departed our shores, but I’m sure there are more great adventures ahead.
PS: EVERSUN database has been up and running for a few months now and I even got to go out to Royal Hobart last week to monitor using the database instead of paper for the first time – thanks 🙂
